These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Talk Time Kids website and your purchase and use of Talk Time Kids products, courses, digital resources and services.

Please read them before making a purchase.

References in these Terms to "Talk Time Kids", "we", "us" or "our" refer to the business identified above.

"You" and "your" refer to the website visitor or customer.

2. What Talk Time Kids provides

Talk Time Kids is a parent communication education business.

We provide products and services that may include digital educational resources, downloadable toolkits, online courses, subscriptions, memberships, apps and other communication-related educational tools.

3. Educational disclaimer

Talk Time Kids provides general educational information.

Talk Time Kids is not a clinical speech and language therapy service.

Our website, courses, products, apps and resources:

do not provide individual assessment or diagnosis;

do not constitute speech and language therapy, medical or healthcare advice;

are not designed to replace individual professional advice; and

do not create a therapist-client relationship between Linda Everard and you or your child.

Linda Everard is a retired Specialist Speech and Language Therapist and does not provide individual clinical services through Talk Time Kids.

If you have concerns regarding an individual child's speech, language, communication, hearing, development or wellbeing, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

4. Eligibility to purchase

Our products are intended to be purchased by adults aged 18 or over.

By purchasing from Talk Time Kids, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract.

5. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and information are accurate.

The relevant product page will explain, where applicable:

what the product contains;

its format;

its price;

whether payment is one-off or recurring;

how it is delivered;

access arrangements; and

any material technical requirements.

We may improve, update or make reasonable changes to products where doing so does not materially reduce what the customer purchased.

6. Prices and payment

Prices will be displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any applicable taxes will be dealt with as required by law.

Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers including Stripe.

We do not directly store your complete payment-card details when payment is processed by an external payment processor.

A contract is formed when we accept your order and provide confirmation of your purchase.

7. Digital products and access

Digital products may be delivered by download, email, online account, course platform, app or another method stated on the product page.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to the email account used when purchasing.

8. Consumer cancellation rights and digital content

UK consumers may have statutory cancellation rights when purchasing online.

Different rules can apply depending on whether you purchase a service, digital content or another type of product.

Where you ask us to supply digital content immediately during a statutory cancellation period, we may ask you to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the effect this has on your statutory right to cancel.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Subscriptions and recurring payments

Where a product is offered as a subscription or membership, the product page and checkout will state:

the billing frequency;

whether the subscription renews automatically;

how to cancel; and

any applicable minimum term.

Unless stated otherwise, cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal payments but does not automatically create a right to a refund for a period already purchased or used.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Talk Time Kids website, products, courses, downloads, frameworks, worksheets, graphics, videos and other educational materials is owned by or licensed to Talk Time Kids and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

When purchasing a product, you are purchasing permission to use it in accordance with the licence provided — you are not purchasing its copyright.

Unless a product expressly provides otherwise, resources are supplied for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not, without written permission:

copy resources for distribution;

resell them;

upload them to file-sharing sites;

reproduce substantial parts of courses;

share paid login credentials;

remove copyright notices;

adapt and sell our materials as your own; or

use Talk Time Kids intellectual property commercially.

11. Acceptable use

You must not use the website or our products unlawfully, interfere with the operation or security of our services, attempt unauthorised access to restricted content or use our materials in a way that infringes our intellectual-property rights.

12. Third-party services

Where we link to third-party websites, we are not responsible for their independent content, availability or privacy practices.

We aim to keep digital services available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Talk Time Kids educational resources are general in nature. Results will vary between individuals and families, and we do not guarantee a particular communication, developmental or educational outcome from using our resources.
